Data Collection & Client Services

Maria has been on the front-lines of every major data collection effort that the NCAA has undertaken over the past 30 years. Her responsibilities focus on large data submission efforts such as graduation rates, Academic Progress Rates (APR), NCAA Financial Management Reporting system and all aspects of the NCAA Membership Database. In her role, she collaborates with all 1,100 NCAA member institutions to ensure accurate and complete data collection, as well as compliance with all applicable federal laws.  She serves as the primary contact for all NCAA member institutions in responding to questions and concerns and in getting their data into the system to ensure that the data and subsequent reports are accurate. 
With TAPerformance, she will continue the invaluable work of ensuring accurate and useful data within all of our data systems. Additionally, she will assist with all client service matters for our team.
